"something wrong with firefox ."

while i am using Firefox ,it closed by itself.It was happen all the time so ,i downloaded another ($$$#0#$$$) 11 when i use it ,it doesn't come up (open)sometime open but too long nearly 15 min.so what shall i do.by the way i am using Window 7 starter.
